Chat Functions Guide

This guide distinguishes functions available in the camera detail chat panel from functions that must be performed in the settings screens.

Functions Available in Chat

Check Detection Alerts

Results judged as alerts by a scenario appear as live alert cards.

• Detection image
• Category and alert message
• Event time
• Detected objects and situation description

Enable Show Detection Alerts Only to hide regular messages and focus on alert cards.

View Recent Detection Alerts

You can view recent alerts for the camera.

• Use the quick command View Detection Alert History.
• Review recent alerts in descending order.
• Select an alert to view its image, scenario, decision details, and existing feedback.

True-Positive and False-Positive Feedback

Select True Positive or False Positive on an alert card and add a detailed explanation. If the selection was incorrect, cancel or submit the feedback again.
