Features

• eva-agent/values.yaml: Added VISION_ML_BASE_URL for EVA Vision integration.
• eva-agent/values.yaml: Added VLLM_ENGINE_HEALTH_MODE=k8s for runtime vLLM engine discovery.
• Added vllmEngineHealth.rbac to allow eva-agent/values.yaml and templates: configured ServiceAccount to read vLLM engine pod.

Internal Improvements

• eva-agent/Chart.yaml: Changed version, appVersion from 2.7.0 to 3.0.0.
• eva-agent/values.yaml: Changed image.tag from 2.7.0 to 3.0.0.
• eva-agent values layout: Organized runtime environment default values related to vLLM, Vision ML, Qdrant, Langfuse, and model catalog.
• eva-agent-vllm package line: The downstream vLLM chart to be used in the 3.0.x installation path has been packaged as 3.0.1 in the Helm repository index.

Notes

• To install 3.0.x EVA Agent, use the eva-agent-vllm 3.0.1 chart. There is no separate eva-agent-vllm 3.0.0 package in the Helm repository index.
• The 3.0 chart line uses the pre-created ServiceAccount pattern unless changed with serviceAccount.create=true.
