License Management

The license determines how many cameras can be operated and how long it is valid.

Key Notes: Camera registration will re-verify your license limits not only during the on-screen pre-check, but also during the actual registration process. If registration fails, your usage will be refunded, so please check the registration result and remaining number.

Manage your licenses to scale your operations

The license is not just purchasing information, but is a criterion for the number of cameras that can be operated simultaneously on EVA and the duration of operation. When adding equipment, rather than just calculating the number of cameras, you should also check whether each equipment's RTSP connection and scenario/model settings meet all actual registration conditions. This is why registration failure does not immediately mean a lack of license.

Below, we explain when the license is verified and what to check on a daily basis, and then guide you through the steps when preparing for expansion. If you are planning a large-scale registration, please refer to this document during the planning stage rather than immediately before equipment installation to obtain remaining quantities and expiration dates.

When does the license apply?

Regular inspection items

Confirmation order before expansion

  1. Check the number of currently registered cameras and remaining licenses.
  2. Organize the number of cameras to be added, representative scenarios, and vision models.
  3. First verify RTSP connection and detection quality with one representative camera.
  4. Check if there are enough licenses and register step by step.
