This guide explains how to record whether detection alerts match the actual situation and use feedback to reduce recurring false positives and missed detections.
Select True Positive or False Positive on an alert card to leave feedback immediately. To view the image and decision basis in more detail, select Provide Detailed Feedback.
In detailed feedback, you can review the detection image, situation, objects, and event time before submitting feedback.
True Positive, False Positive, or Provide Detailed Feedback.Record the conditions that affected your decision, not only the result. Consistent wording makes recurring issues easier to compare and improve.

Reflection was judged as a flame — night, glass reflection at the entranceHelmet hidden by the workbench was missed — check camera angleA cart was judged as a forklift — carts are repeatedly placed in the passageWhen you submit false-positive feedback, the Agent uses it to avoid sending an alert when a similar image situation appears again in the same scenario. This helps reduce recurring false positives.
Use feedback carefully for images that are ambiguous or similar to actual risks. If an ambiguous situation is incorrectly marked as a false positive, alerts may not be sent later for a similar real situation.
