Detection Alerts in the Chat Panel

Results judged as alerts by a scenario appear as alert cards in the camera detail chat panel. The card includes:

• Detection image
• Category and alert message
• Event time
• Detected objects and situation description

Use Show Detection Alerts Only to hide regular chat messages and focus on alert cards.

View Recent Detection Alerts

• Use the camera detail chat panel or the quick command View Detection Alert History.
• Recent alerts are shown in descending order.
• Select an alert to view its image, scenario, Agent decision, and existing feedback.

True-Positive and False-Positive Feedback

Select True Positive or False Positive on an alert card to leave feedback immediately. To review the image and decision basis in more detail, select Provide Detailed Feedback.

False-positive feedback helps the Agent avoid alerts for similar image situations in the same scenario. For feedback criteria, reset options, and how to use feedback for improvement, see:

Detection Quality Improvement

When objects are missed or incorrectly detected, or when the object is correct but the situation decision is wrong, revise scenario details for site conditions and check the object, area, model, and detection interval.
